Within the country we work with two services. СДЭК delivers to pickup points and to your address in most cities within 1–3 business days. We use inDrive as a fast delivery option between cities and within major centers, with the same timing — 1–3 business days. Which option is better for your address, we'll tell you when confirming the order. We don't make promises like same-day delivery: the honest range is 1–3 days.
Across the CIS: international СДЭК
If you're outside Kazakhstan, we ship via international СДЭК to CIS countries. The timing is 3–7 days depending on the country and how far the pickup point is. We share the tracking number after shipping so you can see the parcel moving.

21+ verification at delivery
Caffeine pouches are a product for people 21 and older. So age verification is carried out at delivery: be ready to confirm you're 21. This isn't a box-ticking formality — caffeine at 50–175mg per pouch calls for responsible handling, and the daily ceiling of about 400mg is best not exceeded. If the recipient is under 21, the order can't be handed over.
