Return Policy

1. Return conditions

You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt provided the following conditions are met:

• the product has not been used;
• the original packaging is preserved;
• the product appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

2. How to request a return

To request a return, follow these steps:

• email info@pouches.kz;
• specify your order number and the reason for the return;
• wait for confirmation from our team and shipping instructions.

3. Refund timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund the payment within 10 business days using the same method that was used for payment.

4. Exceptions

Goods of proper quality with opened or damaged packaging, as well as used goods, are not eligible for return. This is due to the hygienic nature of the product and safety requirements.
